How to access your Expansions / Software


1. Please use the following link to access your FastSpring account:
 
Note: Make sure you are using the email associated with your purchase, which may or may not be the same email on your akaipro.com account. If the email entered does not have an expansion or software purchase associated with it, you will not receive a link. 

2. You’ll get an email with a link to access your recent Akai Pro purchases made through the MPC Expansion Store (onfastspring.com) website. Note: You may receive two emails. Click 'Click here to manage orders' on the most recent email to access your previous orders.  

 Here you can view and re-download any recently purchased software.

I'm having some trouble accessing my content purchased through FastSpring, what can I do?


If you are unable to access your FastSpring purchased content please refer to your emails for a link to "manage my orders" where you will then be able to access the downloadable content for your purchased software.

For security reasons, the link made available in your email is only available for 24 hours before it is expired and needs to be reset

I've downloaded the inMusic Software Center, where are my Akai Pro MPC Expansion Packs?

At present time, the inMusic Software Center does not house all MPC Expansion packs and is limited to a finite number of MPC Expansion packs - To download your historic purchase(s), please be sure to follow the steps above by visiting
