Denon DJ Prime 4 or Prime 4+ | Unable to load tracks on one or both decks

If the lights on one or a few of your decks appear to be off and the deck is unresponsive, check that the source switches in the front of the Prime 4 or Prime 4+ are set to “Engine” (left).  If switched to Line (right) the display will read “Line In” and all deck control and lights will be disabled.
