Engine DJ 3.0 brings some amazing new features to the Mixstream Pro and Mixstream Pro +. But in order to facilitate these new features, a driver update will be necessary for any Mixstream owners using Serato or Virtual DJ on a Windows computer. A driver is not required for use with macOS
If you use Virtual DJ, Serato DJ Lite, or Serato DJ Pro on Windows, please visit the product page and download the latest driver for your Mixstream:
If the driver is not installed and you are running Engine 3.0 or higher, you may experience heavily distorted audio output (similar to a bit-crush effect) from Virtual DJ, Serato DJ, Windows System output, or any other audio application. Installing the latest driver will resolve this issue.
