When the LFO rate is the only indicator flashing on the Subsequent 25, it signifies that it is awaiting firmware; typically, re-executing the firmware update will fix this issue.
Ensure that the instrument is connected directly to your computer and not through a USB Hub while performing the firmware update.
Depending on your setup, you may also need to reduce the transfer speed of your SysEx handler. Attempt to decrease the transfer speed to 50% and set the Transmit Buffer size to 128, then restart the firmware update.
