Claravox Centennial offers two unique performance modes (easily selectable with a front panel switch) that create a rich array of sonic options.
- In Traditional mode, Claravox offers a timeless 100% analog theremin experience.
Analog Heterodyning: Oscillator > Analog Waveshaper > BBD Analog Delay. - In Modern Mode, the Claravox Centennial showcases a digital engine featuring two sophisticated signal generators (an oscillator model and a wavetable type) along with a DSP multi-mode filter, all while still employing the Analog Waveshaper and BBD Analog Delay. Additionally, Modern Mode introduces robust performance parameters that aren't accessible in Traditional mode: Antenna Response controls (for designing your own response curves), along with Quantization, Key, Scale, and Octave parameters.
