To load an amp clone on your HeadRush board, it's essential to first select an empty rig block. If you go directly to the Browse option from the menu without doing this, the board won't know where to place the clone, and the Load button will be greyed out.
Instead, simply tap an empty block on the main rig screen. This action will open the model selector screen, where you can navigate to the Clone category and choose your desired clone.
