MPC Standalone | How To Change The Speed Of A Sample

1. Go to Menu > Browse, select a sample, then tap Load.

2. Tap the Sample Assign tab, then drag and drop the loaded sample onto a pad.

3. Press the Main button.

4. Tap Edit Samples under the Drum Program section.

5. Select All under the SLICE field, then tap the Process button.

6. Tap the Function field, push the Main Dial inwards, and select Time Stretch.

7. On the right side of the Process Slice screen, tap the New Tempo field and rotate the main encoder to set a higher or lower BPM, then tap DO IT.

8. Tap the pad holding your sample, and you will now hear it with its new tempo.
