My NI Audio Interface is not Recognized (OS X 10.10 or Higher)
The following Native Instruments audio interfaces may not be recognized by your computer after updating to OS X 10.10 or higher:
- Traktor Audio 6
- Traktor Audio 10
- Komplete Audio 6
- Traktor Kontrol S2 MK1
This issue is caused by an outdated firmware installed on the respective device. To solve the issue, you must run the latest Device Updater version for your NI audio interface. You will find the latest Device Updater here on our website.
Once the latest firmware update is installed on your NI audio interface, it will be recognized as expected on your system.
