To transfer factory or user presets from your old Pedalboard, Gigboard, or MX5 to your Prime or Core, please follow the steps below...
1. Connect your previous model to the computer via USB.
2. Tap on the 3 dots in the top-right corner of your display and click Global Settings.
3. Tap on the 3 dots in the top-right corner again and select USB Transfer.
4. Your previous model will appear as a hard drive on your computer, click on it to open it.
5. Open the Rigs folder and copy all the files onto a location on your computer such as the desktop.
6. Eject and disconnect your previous model from the computer.
7. Connect a USB flash drive to your computer, then drag and drop the rig files from your computer to the root of the USB flash drive.
8. Connect the USB flash drive to your Prime/Core.
9. On the Prime/Core, go to the Menu and select Browse.
10. Select your USB flash drive, then select a rig and press the Load button.
11. Once a rig has been loaded, press the Save button to save a copy of the rig to your Prime/Core's internal hard drive.
