The Looper X features the ability to customise the function assignments for the pedals, helping to tailor the Looper to your requirements. Using a custom set-up allows you to use the pedals to access other menus and functions, thus reducing the number of pedal presses or touchscreen actions needed to access your favorite Sheeran Looper X functions.
Firstly, you will want to set the mode pedal to 'Custom'. This is a drop down menu in the Loop Settings page, and Customize Pedal Menu, seen below:
Once set to custom, please select the arrow icon next to Customize Pedal, which will open up the assignment screen.
To select an assignment for a pedal, tap the function name on each pedal to open the list of options. By default, this will be shown as Empty. Tap to select a different function and apply it to the pedal.
To clear all custom assignments, tap Clear in the top-left corner of the touchscreen. To cancel editing, tap Cancel in the top-right corner of the touchscreen. To save your custom assignments, tap Save in the top-right corner of the touchscreen.
Once set, you simply need to press the mode pedal, to open the customizable arrangement.
