The inMusic Support Ticket Portal is designed to make it easier for you to manage your support tickets and stay updated on the status of your enquiries. Below is a guide on how to gain access.


Firstly, the inMusic Support Portal is linked to your inMusic Profile. If you already have an account, please see the steps further on in the guide. If you do not have an account, you can create one at the following page:

1. To access the portal, head to one of the inMusic Brands support pages, or the following page: https://support.inmusicstore.com/en/support/home


2. Select 'check ticket status', as seen below:



3. A login window will appear. Select 'Login as customer', and you will be directed to sign in with your inMusic Profile.



4. Once signed in, you will now be able to view your support ticket. You can check the status, view correspondence, and respond directly as an alternative to using email.
