Which NI Products are Supported in Native Access?

Native Access supports most of NI's product catalog, with the exception of some discontinued legacy products.

Does Native Access replace Service Center?

Yes. Native Access replaces Service Center for all your product registrations and installations.

Where Can I Find Updates for Products that are not Supported by Native Access?

Do I need to Register a Hardware Product?

Yes. When you register a hardware product automatically activates the included software. Find more information in this article.

Do I need to Install all Products at Once?

No. Native Access lets you install products individually from the Not installed tab at any time you wish.

My computer is not Connected to the Internet. How do I Install and Update my Products?

Native Access requires an internet connection in order to install and update your products. KOMPLETE (ULTIMATE) hard drive users can install directly from the hard drive but the computer needs to be connected to the internet when entering the KOMPLETE (ULTIMATE) serial number.
