Native Instruments supports the use of any graphic adapter (GPU or Graphics Processing Unit). However, some TRAKTOR hardware devices require a GPU that supports OpenGL 2.1 or higher in order to render the graphics on the built-in displays.
Please note that the Intel HD Graphics family GPUs (model HD 3000 or older) may currently show compatibility issues which cause the TRAKTOR software to crash as soon as any of the following controller models are connected:
- TRAKTOR KONTROL S8
- TRAKTOR KONTROL S5
- TRAKTOR KONTROL D2
Please download and install the latest drivers for your GPU as this may resolve the issue.
