All orders placed through the inMusic Store have a 30-day return/exchange policy. 
Items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will receive an exchange or full refund back to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to inMusic. Items returned to inMusic should be in the original packaging, with an intact UPC and serial number. 

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any exchange or refund. Products shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address. Extended returns: Orders placed from November 1 through December 31 can be returned up until January 31.
