Why does my ION Audio product keep saying "invalid serial number" when attempting to register my product?

When registering your product the (21) is already included in the field, so please make sure there are no spaces and any letters are capitalized. A very common mistake is the seventh character after the (21) is a capital I which most users mistake for a | or a 1.
