If you are having trouble connecting to the Headrush Remote, please see the following troubleshooting steps-
- Please ensure that you are not using a VPN on your device's browser.
- Please ensure that you are connected to exactly the same network and not using an offshoot, i.e. Networkname vs. Networkname-5g on another device.
- If using a computer, try and make sure you are using Wifi on the computer as opposed to Ethernet.
- If you are unable to connect to the website at all, please go into your Global Settings>Wifi and double tap on the words Headrush Remote, which will bring up an IP address for a direct connection. This can also be a way of getting to the specific device if more than one of a Headrush device is on the same network, i.e. if you and another player are both using Headrush Cores.
- Please check that your Headrush is able to connect fully to the internet by accessing Dropbox or the Headrush Cloud. You may have an internet problem if the device is unable to connect to these, and if so it may be worth trying your phone's wireless hotspot.
- If using a network that runs through a server, ensure there is no firewall or protection blocking the connection.
- If near a wireless repeater/network mesh to extend the wi-fi range, please move closer to the original source, as the extension may be adding unnecessary latency to the connection
