Need help with your 360 subscription?

Here are instructions for managing a 360 subscription, including updating payment methods, changing plans, and canceling subscriptions via a subscription portal.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade any time. When you upgrade, you’ll have immediate access to the new products, and you’ll be charged the prorated balance.


When you downgrade, you’ll keep your access to the products from the higher plan until the current billing cycle runs out. Only after the billing cycle ended, the products included in the higher plan become inactive.


If you want to upgrade / downgrade or change your 360 plan from monthly to yearly, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in on the Manage Subscriptions page: https://www.native-instruments.com/subscription/manage
  2. Choose your plan and then click on the Change my Subscription option.


How can I cancel my 360 subscription?

The easiest and quickest way to cancel your subscription is to use our subscription portal. The portal allows you to conveniently manage all your subscriptions yourself.
