Warranty Policy for International Shipping and Freight Forwarding

Does my warranty cover products shipped via a freight forwarder?


Our product warranty at Native Instruments is only valid in the country or region where you originally purchased your goods. If you choose to use a freight forwarding service to ship products outside of our standard delivery areas, please be aware of the following:


  • Shipping Costs: In the event of a warranty claim, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes required to send the unit back to an authorized service center in the original country of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: Native Instruments will only cover return shipping to an address within the original country of purchase. You must arrange and pay for the subsequent international transport back to your location.
  • Damage Risk: Our responsibility for damage or loss ends once the package is confirmed as delivered to your freight forwarder's address.
