Native Instruments | Why does the price for my Update / Upgrade increase when I add it to my shopping cart?

Example: The price for the Komplete 15 Ultimate Update is shown as 399€ in the webshop catalog, but when you add it to the shopping cart, it goes up to 599€.

Explanation: The catalog in the webshop and on your Komplete Offers page always shows only the full price and the Update price. It doesn't show the Upgrade price which may apply to you.

To view the correct price based on your owned products, please make sure to log in and open the price page of the item you wish to purchase.
