Activating Native Instruments Products After Updating the Operating System

If you have only upgraded to a new version of the operating system, launch Native Access and log into your account to ensure that all of your products are still activated.

Installing Native Instruments Products After Reinstalling the Operating System

If you have formatted your hard drive prior to reinstalling or updating your operating system, you will need to download and reinstall Native Access. After logging in to your account in Native Access, you will be able to reinstall and activate all your registered NI products.

Legal Notes

The end-user license agreement (EULA) for Native Instruments products allows the simultaneous installation on two computers (three computers for all versions of MASCHINE and KOMPLETE), as long as only one installation is used at any given time.

If you want to reinstall products on the same computer they were installed on before, you can proceed as this will not affect the maximum permissible number of activated licenses.
