How to Route Groups to Multi FX in MASCHINE

The Multi FX bank in the Library Browser consists of a combination of effects which can be loaded to any empty MASCHINE Group slot. In this manner you can set up four effects for every Sound in the Group, adding up to 64 effects per Group.


This article will explain how to route Groups containing Instruments to Multi FX Groups in MASCHINE.

1. Load any MASCHINE Kit to an empty Group slot. In this example we are loading the 808 Fat Bloke Kit from the MASCHINE Factory Library to Group A.
   
   
   
2. Load a Group Multi FX to another empty Group slot. In this example we are loading Buss Slam, a Multi FX from the MASCHINE Pulswerk Expansion pack, to Group B.
   
   
   
3. In Group A's Out section select B:(in) Buss Slam as the Output.
   
   
   
4. Press play in MASCHINE. You will hear the 808 Fat Bloke Kit being sent through the effect chain in the Buss Slam effect Group.
