Kontakt | My EastWest Library Appears as Demo in Kontakt (Mac)

Symptom

The EastWest sample library appears as Demo in Kontakt although it shows up as correctly activated in Native Access.

Solution

Close Native Access and delete the following files from your hard drive:

• Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > com.nativeinstruments.*name of library*.plist
• Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > *name of library*.plist
• Macintosh HD > Users > *your username* > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.*name of library*.plist
• Macintosh HD > Users > *your username* > Library > Preferences > *name of library*.plist

  Note: The User Library is a hidden folder on macOS. To access it, click Go in the Finder menu bar and press down the Alt key. The Library entry will now appear in the menu.
  
  

Afterwards, start Native Access and add the EastWest library
