My serial is already registered to another User Account

New and already registered products

If you have purchased the product a long while ago, you might have used a different email address for the activation. 

If you want to have all your products under one account, you can do so by transferring your licenses as shown here:

Second-hand products

If you have purchased the product second-hand, please ask the seller to request a license transfer as explained in this article.

If you cannot contact the seller, you can still use your new hardware. Registration of the hardware is not necessary to use it. 

You can simply acquire the software separately to use with your hardware:

• Traktor Pro 4
• Komplete Start (for Kontrol keyboards)
• Drivers for your hardware
