A Product is Missing from My Native Instruments Account
There can be several reasons for this:
- You may have used another email address when you registered the product for the first time. Check you emails for login details and ensure you log in to your account with the same credentials.
- If you bought the product second-hand, the License Transfer process may have failed or not been completed correctly.
If you cannot resolve the issue, please contact our Order Support team. If possible, include the following info:
- Serial number of the product
- Order number
- Previously used email address(es).
