We strongly advise not to use several Native Instruments accounts to register your products. We recommend instead registering them all in a single account.
If you wish to transfer or sell your license to someone else, do not pass on your account details (e-mail and password); please create a license transfer instead via the License Transfer page.
If, for some reason, you intended to transfer your licenses to another account, here is what we recommend to do, depending on your situation:
TABLE OF CONTENTS
- 1. I have not created a new account yet
- 2. I already own a second account
- 3. I do not remember the email address of my account
1. I have not created a new account yet
If you have access to your old account, you can change your NI account's settings, like your address and password.
Note: Unfortunately, the option to change your email address in your account is temporarily not available.
2. I already own a second account
If you own two accounts and want to transfer licenses from one to the other (e.g. if you want to only use one account in the future), you can do so by transferring your licenses as shown here:
- Create a License Transfer ID via our How to create a License Transfer ID for your NI product guide.
- Import the ID to your other NI account via our How to import a License Transfer ID to your NI Account guide
3. I do not remember the email address of my account
In this case, please contact our support team. Please provide the following information:
- Your registered serial number(s).
- Your personal details such as full name, artist name, and former email address.
