Native Instruments | I Need to Change the Shipping Address on My Order

Once an order is placed it is immediately prepared for shipping in our warehouse. For this reason it is not possible for Native Instruments to change the shipping address on an order that has been processed.


If your parcel is already on the way, you can contact the shipping company (DHL, UPS, FedEx) and try to change the shipping address of your parcel with them. You can find the order status and the tracking number in My Account.
