Native Instruments Products Not Appearing in Product Portal
If your Native Instruments products are not appearing in Product Portal, this is expected behavior. NI products are installed and managed through Native Access, not Product Portal.

Why Products Do Not Appear
- Native Instruments products purchased from the iZotope webshop will not show in Product Portal.
- Product Portal does not support installing Native Instruments products.
How to Access Your Products
While it is possible to purchase Native Instruments products from the iZotope webshop, those products can only be installed via Native Access.
