Symptom
MASCHINE displays this error message:
"Error loading Kit - Loading failed"
Cause
This happens when you try to load more recent content (e.g. Expansions) in an older version of the MASCHINE 2 software.
Solutions
Check for Updates
- Quit MASCHINE, your DAW, and all other music software.
- Start Native Access and check for updates. If any product updates are available, please install them.
Allow Full Disk Access to MASCHINE (macOS only)
On macOS, Native Instruments products and the audio software they are used with require Full Disk Access in order to function correctly.
