My License Transfer ID is Invalid

In general, a License Transfer ID stays valid until the transfer has been completed or canceled. This means that a License Transfer ID does not expire automatically after a certain period of time.

For Sellers

You can find an overview of your Licence Transfers in your account:

If you accidentally transferred your License back into your own account instead of sending it to the buyer, your product will be labeled as "not transferable". If you want to start another License Transfer for this product, please contact our Support Team.

For Buyers

If your License Transfer ID is invalid, please consider the following:

• Maybe your Transfer ID has already been used. Please contact the seller and ask to check the License Transfer overview.
• Please do not confuse the Licence Transfer ID with the serial number! A Transfer ID has 32 digits, a serial number only 25 digits. Here are two examples:
  Transfer ID Example: 3745892d-db5d-4eb7-912a-f92b737ca7cc
  Serial Number Example: 1A2B3-ABCDE-12345-ABCDE-1A2B3
• Verify that you copied the Transfer ID without additional spaces in the front or end, before pasting it.
